A whole shelf of stories in one little burner — our Book Stack wax/oil burner is shaped like a cosy pile of well-loved books, finished in soft cream, sage and blush with pretty gold detailing. Perfect for a reading nook, a bedside table, or anywhere that could do with a quiet moment.

Pop one or two wax melt cubes into the dish. For a tea-light burner, light the tea-light beneath; for electric burners, simply switch on. Never leave unattended and keep away from children and pets. When the scent fades, let the wax harden and pop it out.

- Never leave a burning tea light unattended.

- Always burn on a level, heat-resistant surface, away from draughts.
- Keep well away from curtains, bedding and anything else that can catch fire.
- Never move or carry the burner while it is lit or while the wax is molten.
- Never add water to the dish, and never use the burner without wax in it.
- Use one tea light only, and let the burner cool fully before handling or cleaning it.
